Scenic Hudson River Getaway!

Welcome to El Refugio (The Refuge) Re-energize in this one bedroom apartment with queen size bed, living room, dining area, bath, and kitchen. Relax on your private deck overlooking a beautiful landscaped garden and magnificent year-round views of the Hudson River. Kayaking is allowed in the Hudson but not swimming. There is access to the river from the Malden Mini Park a short distance away. The apartment is part of a two family home but both units are very private and have separate entrances. The space This is a one bedroom apartment attached to main house. Two guests in one bedroom. Apartment has separate entrance and is private. Guest access Pets must be disclosed BEFORE booking and approved by the Owner. Dogs to be on leash when on the property. All pets must be updated on all shots. Guests must pick-up after their dogs. There is a daily charge for pets. Smoking is allowed on the deck only. Other things to note We would like our guests to bask in the tranquility of their surroundings while having fun and respecting our neighbors.
