With its own private year round outdoor hot tub, you are surrounded by acres of green paddocks and our 1 acre carp and coarse fishing lake. It's the perfect setting for families or groups of friends who want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. IMPORTANT EXTRA INFORMATION We have a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found smoking or taking drugs or any other illegal substance will be reported to the police and evicted from the property immediately. There will be no refund for any unused nights and you will forfeit the full security deposit. There is no smoking permitted inside the accommodation. Smoking is permitted outside only. Please use the ashtray provided. No excessive outdoor noise after 11pm. Absolutely No parties or events. Maximum of 2 well behaved dogs per property. £15 per dog, per stay charge. Other things to note Pet Fee is £20 per pet per stay. Maximum of 2 well behaved dogs per lodge. Travel cot and high chair rental £9 each per stay. Travel cot bedding must be brought by the guest.
