Red Kite Luxury 3 Bedroom Lodge with Hot Tub

Red Kite Lodge is our spacious 3-bedroom retreat on a 30-acre farm in Henton, Oxfordshire — perfect for families or groups wanting to relax together. Unwind in your own year-round private hot tub on a veranda with lake and Chiltern Hills views. Sleeps up to 6 across three bedrooms, each with a premium Simba Sleep Experience bed. Just 5 miles from the M40, around an hour from London. The space Red Kite Lodge has lake views from its private veranda alongside open views across to the Chiltern Hills, and is our largest lodge — three bedrooms, sleeping up to six — making it ideal for families or groups of friends who want space to spread out. French doors lead from both the living area and kitchen straight onto the veranda, where an al fresco dining table for six and a private year-round hot tub make outdoor living easy. The master bedroom has its own ensuite walk-in shower, and the fitted kitchen with island gives everyone room to cook together. Guests also share access to the sun terrace — ten loungers centred around an old farm well, around 100 years old, now fitted with a cold-water rainfall shower after storm damage to the roof. Please note Red Kite doesn't have a sauna (that's Kingfisher and Sparrowhawk), and the pool is exclusive to The Pool House, a separate property on the farm. IMPORTANT EXTRA INFORMATION We have a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found smoking or taking drugs or any other illegal substance will be reported to the police and evicted from the property immediately. There will be no refund for any unused nights and you may be liable for additional charges. There is no smoking permitted inside the accommodation. Smoking is permitted outside only. Please use the ashtray provided. No excessive outdoor noise after 11pm. Absolutely No parties or events. Maximum of 2 well behaved dogs per property. £20 per dog, per stay charge. Other things to note Pet Fee is £20 per pet per stay. Maximum of 2 well behaved dogs per lodge. Travel cot and high chair rental £9 each per stay. Travel cot bedding must be brought by the guest.
