Next to the large pool, surrounded by greenery, are a Jacuzzi and fitness area. In the well-kept garden: children's play area, soccer field, bocce court, table soccer. The property extends over more than one hectare and is completely fenced, therefore perfect for four-legged friends. The house is divided into six apartments, located between first floor and first floor, all with living room with kitchenette. All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets, covered parking on the property. On the first floor there are three apartments with independent entrance.
