The space The sparkling apartment utilizes luxury furniture to maximize every square foot. Set out to explore the friendly, walkable neighborhood or venture on a bike ride to the local parks. Afterward, enjoy a family meal around the dining room table, then gather for a movie night in the living room. Check in with work at the private corner desk, perfect for teleworking, then hit the town to do some shopping at the Galleria, cheer on the Astros at Minute Maid Park, or take in Washington Avenue’s famous nightlife. We can’t wait to host you! Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire private apartment. If you’re traveling with a vehicle, enjoy the convenience of a reserved covered parking space just feet from the apartment’s front door. The neighborhood is very walkable, so you can easily walk or bike to local restaurants and parks, too. Other things to note All stays longer than 15 days require a paid cleaning every 15th day of the reservation. This fee is in addition to the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking. Our professional cleaning crew is thoroughly trained in special deep cleaning measures and outfitted with protective equipment to ensure a healthy environment for you, our valued guests. All parking is reserved, so please only utilize the one space provided for Apt. # 8 only. We are a quiet community tucked away in an awesome location, so please be respectful of your neighbors, and keep all noise levels in the apartment in a respectful manner, especially in the evening hours. Please empty all trash in the large fenced dumpster located at the very rear of the complex.
