Welcome to The Great Lakes area! Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts the best Lake Erie perch fishing, and a great beach for swimming and picnics. Bring your fishing rod to hope for that big one! It is renowned for the Yellow perch, and Walleye. It's a 2 minute drive or a leisurely walk to the lake. Guests, age 12+ only, occupy entire bungalow home, main floor and basement. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy trailer on property. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property. Thanx. The space A seasonal, rustic 2 level cottage, with some recent upgrades, set on a hill with a gorgeous lake view, the cottage boasts 1 bedroom on the main floor, with a queen bed, and a king size pull out couch on the lower level, each floor with its own bathroom. We are continuing to make your stay more pleasing , so there may be some changes you will not be expecting The main floor contains the kitchen, living, & dining areas, which all look out onto a deck and spectacular lakeview. The lower level has another living space opening onto a large patio with a firepit, hot-tub & our famous tiki bar, and conure aviary. " Working on improvements"! "Bare with"! The large landscaped lawn area shows off custom-made water feature, games areas, large seating areas, many beautiful birds, and possible wildlife. The lush surrounding vegetation is home to many species of local wildlife, including deer, that visit regularly. In particular, it's a birders' paradise with Orioles, Rose Breasted Grosbeaks, Warblers, Bald Eagles, multiple species of Woodpeckers, Hummingbirds, Ospreys, Indigo buntings, Eastern blue birds, amazingly; Red poles visited this year, and the list goes on! This listing is available April 15 to Oct 15. Guest access There will be some locked doors that guests will not need during their stay. You will also be sharing the property with us for your convenience, and beckon call, as we will be in the trailer located on the side yard of the property. We each have our own fire pit. If we are not here, we will be only minutes away, to solve any problems that may arise via cell phone. eg. power outages, maintaining hot tub, checking dehumidifier levels and the like. Other things to note Transportation is essential. There are very little options, only 3 restaurants; one has alcohol until 9 pm. Taxi's are possible, but expensive.
