The space Jutes House is a town house in the Heavitree area of Exeter, it has a high street with pubs, restaurants and shops 2 minutes walk from the house. The city centre is approximately 10 minutes by bus or 25-30 minute walk. The accommodation consists of 3 x double bedrooms, each with double beds. Two bathrooms, one of the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The use of a cosy lounge, with TV and the use of amazon prime via a fire stick, books and games. A fully equiped spacious kitchen / dining room. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Street parking outside the house is available between 1600 and 1000. Between 1000 and 1600 there are restrictions, however free parking can be used one street away. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house
