La Belle Longère, 3* peaceful oasis facing the vineyards

Welcome! Suitable for relaxation and change of scenery, our old renovated farmhouse consists of an independent part that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Overlooking the Marne Valley, La Belle Longère is ideally located on the road to Champagne, in the heart of the tourist triangle connecting Reims, Épernay and Château-Thierry. Rated 3 stars, the cottage offers an authentic and warm setting facing the vineyards, perfect for recharging for families or with friends. Pets welcome! The space On the ground floor you will find an entrance with separate toilet and fully equipped dining/kitchen. Upstairs an extensive comfortable living room with TV and relaxation area: Nespresso coffee machine, books, Bluetooth channel and many board games (for young and old) are at your disposal. Four bedrooms each with stunning views of the vineyards or garden, a cozy bathroom and a bathroom (with XXL walk-in shower, toilet and laundry area) complete the visit. The recent bedding and all of our double beds in Queen Size (160X200) will give you optimal comfort. Outside: two private terraces (one facing south adjoining the kitchen, with barbecue, the other elevated as an extension of the upstairs living room on the North side) invite you to well-being and convivial reunions; finally, we share with our visitors our wooded garden of more than 4000m2 with views of the Marne Valley, where you can freely enjoy the spaces designed to recharge your batteries: bocce court, large play area for children, trampoline, football cage, picnic table... You can smoke on the two private terraces, where ashtrays are made available to you. Our safe haven doesn't lend itself to noisy evenings or loud music. No party events allowed Travel light: are provided for the duration of your stay, sheets, towels and washcloths, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, kitchen towels, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee, tea, condiments, dishwasher tablets, laundry capsules for the washing machine... BBQ grill, raclette machine and crepes party are available for friendly meals in any season! Kids friendly atmosphere with full equipment available for children: crib (+ possibility of an additional umbrella bed on request), changing mat, high chair (a second available on request), learning pot, playpen, deckchair, mat, games... In addition, for family configurations with the need for an extra bed for a child, you will find at your disposal a small folding bed on wheels (80x190) that you can easily move to the bedroom of your choice in order to have a tenth bed without the need to use the sofa bed in the living room. In the immediate vicinity and particularly attentive to your needs, we will be able to be both available and discreet depending on your request. Small gifts to celebrate your arrival: a bottle of our champagne and some fresh eggs from our chickens... We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you to our beautiful region soon! Guest access Access to the cottage is through a common gate, where you will have the option to park 3 vehicles in our inner courtyard and fenced. Living at the other end of the farmhouse, we will be your closest neighbours (convenient to deliver champagne bottles if needed! ;) Your listing's entrance is separate and distinct from our living space, only the garden and courtyard are shared. Each has its own private terrace. Other things to note Our non-aggressive pets are welcome (up to 2) if they are clean and their owners make sure to pick up their waste in the garden. They're part of the family! ;-)
