Welcome to La Belle Longère! 🥂 This characterful house accommodates up to 10 guests in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, with exceptional views of the Marne Valley. Ideal for families and gatherings with friends, it offers 4 bedrooms, 2 private outdoor areas, and access to a large, wooded garden of 4,000 m². On the Champagne Route, between Reims, Épernay and Château-Thierry, enjoy a comfortable, friendly and authentic stay. Pets welcome! The space A house designed to gather: La Belle Longère is a carefully renovated former Champagne farmhouse, where we wanted to preserve the authenticity of the place while offering the necessary comfort for a stay with family or friends. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, offers a friendly space for cooking, sharing meals and gathering around a large table. Upstairs, a large, comfortable living room awaits you with a TV, a relaxation area, a Nespresso machine, books, darts, a Bluetooth speaker and board games for young and old. 4 bedrooms to ensure everyone's comfort: The four bedrooms offer views of the vineyards or the garden. The double beds have new 160 × 200 queen-size bedding. A bathroom as well as a shower room with large walk-in shower, toilet and laundry area complete the house. Two terraces, two atmospheres: The south-facing terrace, adjoining the kitchen, is equipped with a barbecue and is suitable for outdoor dining. Upstairs, the raised terrace extends the living room and offers another space to enjoy the calm and the landscape. 4,000 m² of garden for young and old: The wooded garden is shared with us, your hosts. There are several areas where you can fully enjoy the outdoors: a petanque court, a large playground for children, a soccer cage, and a picnic table. A house that is particularly suitable for families: Crib, additional baby bed upon request, changing mat, high chair, potty, baby lounger, mat, and games are available. A folding bed on wheels measuring 80 × 190 cm can also be placed in the bedroom of your choice to accommodate up to 10 people without using the living room sofa as a bed. Travel light: Sheets, towels and washcloths, shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer, dish towels, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee, tea, condiments, dishwasher tablets and laundry capsules are provided. A barbecue, a raclette machine, and a pancake party are also available for enjoying quality time together in any season. A bottle of our Champagne and some fresh eggs from our hens will be waiting for you upon arrival. La Belle Longère is intended for family stays and friendly gatherings. Festive events, noisy evenings, and loud music are not allowed. Guest access Independent and well-preserved accommodation: Access to La Belle Longère is via a common gate. You have a completely independent entrance as well as two private terraces, separate from our living area. Up to 3 vehicles can park in our fenced inner courtyard. We live at the other end of the farmhouse, so we are nearby if you need us, while remaining discreet enough to preserve your tranquility. The garden and courtyard are the only shared spaces. Other things to note Pet friendly 🐾 We are happy to welcome up to 2 non-aggressive, clean, house-trained pets. We simply ask that you ensure respect for the garden and pick up after your pets. They are part of the family! 😊 Note: The end-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and charged at €120 per stay. A supplement of €35 is required for stays with pets.
