This little piece of paradise with your own private balcony. Located just steps from the emerald waters and beaches. The space This condo is tucked away in a more residential area of Panama City Beach. You can enjoy meals at your own personal dinner table with a fully equipped kitchen. The condo has one king bed in the master, a king in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the den. Two full baths both with shower/tub combination. There is a private balcony with seating that faces the South for a beautiful view of sunsets each evening. There is a security camera at exterior front door facing the parking lot Guest access Entire property Other things to note So you know in advance -- our Check-Out notes: Check-Out is by 10:00 am :( We would appreciate it if you wash and put away your dishes, and please take out your trash (there is a garbage chute at the other end of the building). That's it !!! No need to worry about washing the linens or the towels, our housekeeping staff will take care of that. Double-check for all your personal belongings in closets, drawers and cabinets. If you signed into any streaming services on the TVs, remember to sign out. Lastly, don’t forget any phone chargers you may have plugged in!! That's all you need to do prior to departure :)
