Modern bungalow with private garden

Hello dear visitors! I am renting out my bungalow, which was completely renovated in 2026, including a large garden with a grill, fire pit and sun loungers. After water damage, we used the break to renovate everything from scratch and furnish it in a modern style. You are very welcome to use everything to make yourselves as comfortable as possible! The space The bungalow consists of 2 main rooms with a well-thought-out room layout: Living room with open kitchenette: Equipped with a new, comfortable corner sofa, TV board with a large smart TV, and a cozy electric fireplace for relaxing evenings. The kitchen features a stylish beige retro refrigerator, separate oven, coffee machine and a practical kitchen unit on wheels. From here, you can also go directly to the bathroom. Bedroom: A separate room with a cozy double bed. A stylish sliding door with a barn door design charmingly separates the bedroom from the living area. Modern bathroom: Recently renovated with new, matte green tiles, shower, toilet and sink, including a mirror cabinet. Extra bed & family: In the living room, there is still the option of an extra bed in the form of a large air bed (for 2 people) or the sofa bed. A baby travel cot is also available to you on request. Guest access You have full access to all the spaces on the property. An absolute highlight is the newly designed, covered wooden terrace with a large, cozy lounge area and wooden table – perfect place to relax and end the day outdoors. Other things to note The location in the climatic spa town of Flechtingen is ideal: Schlosspark: Only 2 minutes away on foot. Rehabilitation clinics: Only about 5 minutes away by foot (also perfect for visitors of clinic guests). In the village: Restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream parlor and pedal boat rental are within easy reach. For guests who are staying with us for tourism purposes, a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night is payable. I look forward to your inquiries and to seeing you soon!
