The villa is set on a 5,000sq meters plot of land. It is split into two properties each one completely independent of each other. The top floor of the villa has two bedrooms and a guest house. The lower floor is rented separately or both together. The top floor is ideal for a family with children or a group of friends. Near the house there is a stone built "cave", the ideal location for enjoying a meal or drink out of the hot summer sun, whilst enjoying the fantastic sea view. The space Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats a day going to and from the island in the summer months and one boat a day in the winter months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these houses have been built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. The villa is just 3.5 kilometers from Otzia, where there is a large sandy beach and two restaurants. The top floor of the villa, which is completely independent from the ground floor has a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, one bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with a shower. Near the entrance there is a guest house with a bedroom (two single beds), a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The ground floor of the villa is rented separately and accommodates 8 people. To the right of the villa there is a "cave", with a large dining/seating area and a bathroom. To the left of the villa there is a shaded dining area with a barbecue.
