The space Facilities: Bedroom: Good size double bedroom with spacious fitted wardrobe, double bed, bedside cabinets and door to en suite shower room. Kitchen: Small Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Grill/ Main Oven and induction hob. Breakfast Bar with stools and views out to the garden. Lounge: Large Leather reclining sofa and TV. The annexe benefits from its own courtyard style garden area with garden seating defined by a small white picket fence. Access to the main garden may be available by negotiation with the owners. Well connected to both the A 47 (3 mins drive) and the NDR (Northern distributor Road A1270 (5 mins) Norwich-15 mins The Broads-10 mins Gt.Yarmouth-20 mins Note: there is no WiFi facility at the annexe and Vodafone and O2 reception is difficult! (3 and EE offer good 4G). Guest access Access via the front driveway of the main property through Main property’s car port. Annexe benefits from its own patio area with garden furniture. BBQ and BBQ utensils available on request. Other things to note There are two friendly dogs living on the property who may come to say hello as you come and go (though they are rarely at the property when owners are not).
