From our quietly located house you have a wonderful view of the Swabian Jura and large orchards. The house is surrounded by terraces and a pergola. Tübingen with its historic old town and the university, which is over 500 years old, is only a few kilometers away. In a short time you can reach both Stuttgart (airport) and the beautiful landscape of the Swabian Jura. The two parts of the house, the farmhouse and the studio, are directly connected to each other, but can also be used and booked separately. Price on request. In the village (Wankheim) there is a farmhouse barn that can be rented for large celebrations. A farm shop, bakery and butcher are just a few minutes' walk away. The studio extension was the owner's former sculptor's studio, which is why some of the large windows reached down to the floor. Bebenhausen Monastery near Tübingen is located on the edge of the large Schönbuch nature reserve. Many castles and palaces (Hohenzollern) are worthwhile destinations.
