The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house with private entrance behind the house at ground level to the garden. Both the windows and the apartment door are protected with grids from unwelcome guests - the grid door in front of the apartment door can be locked separately. However, it is a quiet and safe residential area! The apartment has a connecting door to our basement rooms, which is closed at all times! Other things to note The heating settings are automated.
