At the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Legbourne offers ancient woodlands, two pubs, a village shop, a children’s play area and many countryside walks. Explore the rolling hills of the Wolds, the stunning sandy beaches ,the local market town of Louth, or Cadwell Park which is within 6 miles . The space The cottage has a utility room, kitchen diner with log burner and a cosy lounge with a second log burner. The original narrow tread staircase leads up to two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a family bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed picturesque garden, a small woodland a lawned area and ample parking. Two public footpaths run through the yard and give easy access to country walks in a quiet rural location. The adjacent fields are home to cattle and sheep from April to November. Guest access Guests have full access and sole occupation of the property. Other things to note Small to medium sized dogs are welcome by prior arrangement with an additional charge of £30 per stay.
