PERFECT LOCATION. We are right in the center, less than a 5-minute walk from Plaza Mayor. In a quiet street, from where you can walk to all corners of Lerma. There is little vehicle traffic, so you can stop by car at the door to load/unload your luggage and then park for free in Plaza Mayor or on the nearby Calle de la Solana Alta; 2 minutes walk from Casa Jota. The space PRACTICAL LAYOUT. CASA JOTA has 3 floors, with a facade to Calle Larga (overlooking the Colegiata de San Pedro). On the ground floor there are the living room and on the upper floors the bedrooms. This layout allows for independent use, and thus encourage rest. On the ground floor: -SALITA, between the access and the staircase, with a window to the street. -ASEO with toilet and sink. -COCINA-COMEDOR, with extendable table. -SALÓN, connected to the kitchen. It has glass cover and pellet fireplace. So, there are 2 separate living areas (living room and living room), which is very convenient for families with children. This new house is much better constructive and spacey, but it retains the soul of that beautiful home of the Lerma Jewish quarter, of new workers and united families.
