We have 2 great pyrenees dogs, 1 herding mutt and an old lady golden retriever. They have full access of the property and enjoy visiting you for the afternoon sun and cool ocean breeze. They are all very friendly with small dogs. We also have a chicken family and 2 pigs that roam. We provide fresh eggs from the chickens in the spring and summer months. We have 5 horses that live on the property as well and two large goats. They love carrots and apples and are very friendly. We ask you park outside the gate and walk through the side gate door so we never have to worry about a critter getting out of the yard. DOG INFO We are small dog friendly with an additional one time $25 pet fee. Dogs under 30lbs only please and very friendly breeds and fixed. “DOGS ARE NEVER TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED. I will send a money request for the pet fee via Airbnb. DOG RULES Please do not let them free run around the property, we don't want to loose any livestock. Please walk pets at the park across the street, there's a beautiful park with 500 acres right across the street for you to enjoy. Please DO NOT allow your pets on the bed, unless you bring a king size throw for over it. Their muddy paws will stain the linens. DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME Dogs with agressive behaviors are not allowed Guests have access to the Bungalo and grounds. The main house is our private residence. Your Bungalo is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and fenced patio area if you choose to bring a dog as well as a large fenced area for your dog to run when the goats aren't there, Our home is 2016 construction and have set up this space especially for you. For guests bringing there horses, please visit our website or call us for information and pricing. We are located across from 500 acres of horse back riding trails and two lake reservoirs. We provide a large outdoor turn out/corral with shade for your horses. We live on the property and tend to the farm. We are here if you need us or have any questions but we respect your privacy as we appreciate you respecting our privacy as well. Beautiful views with park like setting. Great for bird watching and Audubon society. 7 miles to the beautiful Oceanside harbor. 10 minute Uber ride to the Oceanside Trolly or coaster which will take you down the coast all the way to San Diego's marina and sporting good events. We have a hand full of wineries and craft breweries with in 10 minute Uber or lyft ride. The quaint downtown of fallbrook and its famous Main Street is a 15 minute drive. The San Luis Rey mission is a 10 minute drive. The San Luis Rey mission trail starts 1 block away from the home and takes you on a 7 mile bike trail to Oceanside harbor. We offer two beach cruisers for your use. We have more detailed information on things to do inside the Bungalo. We are very close to the 76 hwy, Located between the 15 fwy and the 5 fwy. If you are wantingto visit wineries or breweries, Uber and lyft are very accessible. Guajome Lake park is 1 block walking distance. Mission San Luis Rey trail Is 2 blocks north west of us. The coaster and Amtrak are 10/15 minute drive Sandiego zoo safari park 30, minute drive Julian, 1 hour 15 minute drive Historic town of Fallbrook, 10 minute drive Oceanside harbor, 10 minute drive Guajome adobe and steam engine, 5 minute drive Swap Meet! Saturday and Sundays, 5 minute drive Sky diving, 5 minute drive Plane rides, 5 minute drive. Sprouts natural market 2 minute drive.
