Cosy garden room in a picturesque village

Our beautiful garden room has been finished to a very high standard with a high quality large double sofa bed (145cm width). Staying more than one night? The bed can be easily folded to give you more space. High levels of insulation keep you cosy and warm or a bit cooler in the hot weather! There is a remote controlled fan too. There are lovely views over our garden which you are welcome to wander around and sit out in. The Garden room has a shower and toilet. Ample off road parking. The space The garden room has tea & coffee making facilities and I will put a flask of milk in the fridge which should be fine overnight in the room. Feel free to bring your own food. Ready meal? Takeaway? No need to wash up. Just leave your dishes in the washing up bowl on the microwave and I will wash them for you and put them back for you to use next day. There is a fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery in the side shed (where you come into the garden). You can eat in the garden, conservatory or summer house. There is limited space in the garden room but there is a folding table and stools. You can also easily fold up the bed and give yourself more room. There is also a BBQ & fire pit you can use. Please bring your own charcoal. This can be used at your own risk. Please check with us first. Breakfast We can serve a simple breakfast in the conservatory. I serve between 8 and 9.30. Please let me know what time you would like it! I serve cereals, toast, croissants or pastries, fruit and yoghurt, orange juice and tea or coffee. We are happy to do any particular diet, so do let us know if you have any requirements! We can also leave some bits in the fridge for you to help yourself if you would like an early or late breakfast. Again do let me know in advance. Games There are a range of board games in the conservatory. Please feel free to borrow them! The house is situation in Cleeve Prior - a gorgeous little village with a friendly village pub/restaurant. There are plenty of walks starting from our house and taking in the River Avon. We have a summerhouse at the end of our garden which you can relax in if we're not using it. Fire pit too! We have additional accommodation in the house for an extra two people in our double ensuite room (see separate listing or just ask). Guest access Feel free to use the large garden. Lots of places to sit. During your stay We love chatting to our guests and we are usually around and about but we are respectful of your space and will take the lead from you. Just knock if you'd like a chat.
