Middle Floor of Victorian Home by Liberty Park

You'll find our large, Victorian home right across the street from the beautiful, historic Liberty Park. It is walking distance to several restaurants, pubs, parks, shops, and grocery stores. Only a few minutes drive to downtown, Sugarhouse, and freeways makes it a convenient location for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Feel free to relax in your space or use it as a home base for all your Utah adventures! The space The space available for use is only the main floor of the house... In total there are 5 bedrooms (two of those rooms being connected). The Venice Room, the India Room, the Thai Room, and the two Paris rooms. In all, there are 2 full (double) beds, 3 queen-sized bed and 2 singles as spare. There is 1 full bathrooms and a 3/4 bathroom (just shower, no tub). The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, knives, a microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, blender and a few other odds and ends, for your use. There is also a living rooms with couch and TV. Feel free to use the washing machine and dryer. We provide coffee, tea, hot cocoa, creamer, sugar, and some spices. We hope this can be your home-away-from-home during your stay. Guest access Check-in will be from 4pm to 11 pm and check-out is by 11 am. If you need to make special arrangements for a later check-in, please contact us. You are welcome to drop your luggage off earlier or keep your luggage past check-out time, just work out the details with us. All common space is available for guests to use, including the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area, front porch, and the fire pit in the backyard. We provide all the necessary amenities such as bedding, pillows, and towels. You are free to store food in the fridge and use the kitchen, just as you would at home. There are pots and pans, dishes, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker that you are welcome to use. We provide coffee/tea and a few spices/condiments. Make yourself at home, but please clean up after yourself and respect others. :)
