A washer dryer, hardwood floors, TV's in each bedroom & a 50" TV in the living room. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen with seating for four, a dining table for eight with extensions , if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances. There are four bedrooms- Master bedroom-king bed, two bedroom-queen beds, one bedroom - double bunk bed set. The view from the front porch and living room is very peaceful and you may see cattle, horses, goats, pigs, wild turkeys & quail venturing out. The hot tub, which seats six, is on the side patio, it is available year-round. You are only 7-9 minutes from Ashland, the Plaza with Lithia water, restaurants, indoor theatres & Lithia Park.
