Hi and welcome to our PaRaDiS, with us you will find peace and quiet with both sea and forest around the house. You can take a morning swim in the sea just below the house, you can enjoy your coffee on the balcony while listening to the birds' melody. A great start to the day, if you ask me. Bed linens, towels, soaps and dishwashing detergents are included. Cleaning included. Parking is included. The space Our state-of-the-art cottage was built in 2017 and has a living room with a sleeping area and a small kitchen for two people, about 12 m2. Wi-Fi is available. Cleaning included. Parking on the property is included. The sea is close, about 75 meters, so here you are offered beautiful saltwater swimming. If you want, you can dive in from the jetty or you can go in from the sandy beach just below the house. Enjoy the sunset on the balcony, on the cliffs or on the beach. Two really nice beds with bed drawers underneath for storage. Bed linen is included. The kitchen contains everything you could possibly need. Refrigerator and freezer compartment available. Also kettle, coffee press, electric whisk. Dish towels, dish detergent and paper towels are included. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Towels, soap and toilet paper are included. In addition, there are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blankets. Shared balcony with its own furniture, two chairs and a table. By agreement, the family's balcony and sun loungers can also be used. Things to know: Distance (by car) to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping 10 minutes, both in Ljungskile and at Torp's Shopping Center. Of course, Uddevalla city center also offers good shopping and nice eateries, distance (by car) about 15 minutes. The archipelago boats are a great way to look around, most trips from Uddevalla city center but also some from Lysekil. If you'd like, you can take the boat from the cottage and into Uddevalla city center, in which case you hop on at the stop "Stången, or you can take the car to Uddevalla city center or Lysekil and start from there. It is a wonderful experience to see the west coast from the sea side, the barren cliffs, the sea and a sunbathing seal have a calming effect on us humans. Our favorite places for SWIMMING are on our beach below the house, down in our harbor, at Saxenhof, in Lysekil, in Smögen, at Bohus-Malmön and in Hamburgsund. For COFFEE; Brödbacken outside Ljungskile, Café Snäckan in Uddevalla, Stallgården at Lanesund For lunch/dinner; A pizza from pizzeria Cowboy on the cliffs here at home, enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the sunset, eat mussels at Musselbaren in Ljungskile, eat a really nice dinner at Peterssonskrog on Käringön. Or buy seafood in the fish shop outside ICA Ljungskile. DON'T MISS; the nature reserve Tjurpanna outside Grebbestad, a walk/shopping tour/coffee/lunch/ice cream at Smögenbryggan, a swim in the marble pool at Hållö outside Smögen/Kungshamn, a lunch/dinner at Tant Anton in Kungshamn, a coffee/lunch at Brödbacken outside Ljungskile, a lunch at Sushi-Ro in Vänersborg and mussels at Musselbaren in Ljungskile, shopping clothes - Magasinet in Ljungskile, shopping interior 2Fröknar, shopping face Clinique91 Helene Flink. Don't miss buying ice cream at Pipersglace in Hamburgsund 😋 New favorite, Sundsby Säteri on Tjörn, good food, lovely ice cream in a fantastic environment and nice hiking trails. Take the opportunity to visit Skulptur i Pilane at the same time as this is close 😃 We also have nice walking and cycling routes, so why not walk or bike a stretch of the Kuststigen, one of the routes runs right in front of the house. Nearby are berries, mushrooms and fishing, so why not spend a moment doing it. Many people paddle kayak here, so if there is something you want to try, we can certainly help you with that. The son is a trained guide, so if he is at home (he lives in Italy mostly) we can give you a fantastic nature experience in our beautiful surroundings. If you want to try paddleboarding - stand up paddle - that is also possible as we can rent 2 paddleboards from the neighbor. The nearest golf course is Lyckorna Golf Club in Ljungskile.
