Villa Kiwi Whole property in Sayulita contains 3 separate Houses, each with their own kitchens and living areas. Combined the whole property is great for large groups, all in the same walled and gated location. Main house with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, Casita has 2 bedroom and 3 bath rooms, and studio with 1 King bed. 3 minute walk to the beach, and a 4 minute walk to the plaza. Neighborhood of other luxury homes. The space The bedrooms all contain en-suite baths and private showers. Most showers are open to the sky. The king size beds are premium comfort mattresses ( Mexican beds tend to be very hard ) and contain high thread count sheets for a luxurious feel. Safes are included for your valuables and you get to set the code for complete security. The salt water infinity pool is huge, heated in winter and cooled in summer for your comfort, and is sparkling clean without harsh chemicals or the odor of chlorine. There is plenty of deck space and seating, and is the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Sayulita sunsets. The 3 separate fully equipped kitchens contain modern appliances including a gas range and oven, and everything you need to enjoy the preparation of snacks, drinks and meals. Dining al fresco is a special treat in this tropical climate. Villa Kiwi is gated and secure, with beautiful landscaping outside the gates, as well as lush tropical gardens and grassy areas inside. Parking can be difficult in Sayulita, so you will enjoy the ability to park inside the locked gates. Guest access Everywhere all 4 levels. There is a washer and dryer onsite. They are not for general guest use. But if a housekeeper is working you can ask too have your clothes washed and dried. You can then pay them a small fee for that service. Guests will have access to an area or structure that reaches a height of more than 1.4 meters/4.6 feet and does not have a rail or other protection. Ex: balcony, roof, terrace. So for liability reasons we don't allow children under the age of 6. Other things to note All the bedrooms have individual air conditioners as do the main living areas. There are large windows that open, big sliding doors and at least one very efficient ceiling fan in every room. We even have fans outside under the terrace roofs to keep the guests cool during the hottest summer days.
