This is a brand new office/ mother in law apartment that we work in during the weekdays (9 to 5). Guest would have complete privacy in the bedroom but during office hours the kitchen and bathroom would be shared with 2 or 3 employees Massage therapist available based on schedule...see THE SPACE for more details This space is under surveillance however not in the areas where the guest would stay. (only out in the office area). The guest will get a key that enables them to lock their belongings inside the bedroom for complete security. The home is equipped with a control 4 system as well Massage therapist available based on schedule $65 + tip per 60 minute massage deep tissue or sweedish (Availability based on massage therapist schedule and massage will be conducted in office area, call with any questions) You will have a Full kitchen with dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, and Microwave. Your bedroom has a dresser, closet and its own tv with Dish network channels and Netflix with DVR We will provide our cell number for what ever the guest needs This property is very secluded. We are about 300 yards off of the road with woods surrounding us. We have a back deck to sit on to drink your morning coffee. We are centrally located to everything in Erie. We are 1 mile from Peach St. (where everything in Erie is). We are about 6 miles (less than 10 min) from Presque Isle state park. We are about 20 miles from Peak and Peak resort for golfing and skiing. We are about 2 miles from splash lagoon. We are less than 10 minutes from all 3 colleges (Mercyhurst, Pennstate Behrand and Gannon. When you turn up our driveway ( also known as white birch lane....make a RIGHT when the driveway splits and then go about 100 feet and make the only LEFT. This will dead end at our house. The apartment is in the outbuilding next to our house.
