Just a short drive from the traffic light in Tellico Village. Your spacious accommodations are the full lower level of this golf front lakeview home. The entire space was totally remodeled in 2020, with comfort and relaxation in mind. The golf front deck has a large gas grill and outdoor seating , along with a firepit area. Location is close to all the TV amenities and easy access to our wonderful East TN mountains and lakes. The main room has a large living area with a couch worthy of an afternoon nap plus a chair with an ottoman - perfect book reading spot. Both have a view of the 55" TV and sterio center. Well-appointed Kitchenette is in the corner with a small dining nook. Full bathroom is conveniently off main hall. To the lake side of the main room is the door to the Master/King bedroom, and just beyond this room is the smaller anteroom- serving as a cozy second sleeping space. You will have a parking space on the driveway turnout ( mainly in the shade!) but there is extra off street parking on the stone pad, if needed. Enjoy a quite walk , run or bike ride. Entrance is the Main home's Front door, off the golf side deck. The lower level door is immediatly inside, the entry space is cordoned off/separated from the main house by a large wood privacy screen.
