Our 3 story townhouse is a 15-20 minute flat walk from the historic centre of Stratford Upon Avon, with off street parking for 2 cars (+ free on street parking); the house is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. There are 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. One large Family bathroom on the top floor and an en-suite shower room with toilet on the ground floor. A fully equipped kitchen is on the first floor next to the living/dining room. Cot & High Chair by request The space All linen and towels are provided and there is a supply of kitchen basics such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, gravy granules, brown sauce, ketchup, instant coffee and tea bags, sugar. A cafetiere and filter coffee machine are also located in the kitchen (please bring your own coffee grounds) Guest access There is a key safe by the front door and the code will be sent to guests before the arrival date. The whole house in included and the rental is for the sole occupancy of the guests. Other things to note This is a three storey townhouse with stairs between floors but there is a ground floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom that is suitable for guests with limited mobility, with just one small flight of stairs to the main kitchen and living/dining area
