We interact as much or as little as you like 7 miles from the beach. The space This is a 5 bedroom house. We use 3 bedrooms for guests. This gives you the opportunity to meet others, make new friendships and interact with them as much or as little as you like. We share all the common areas with our guests, Living room, dining room, kitchen and backyard. We have a fridge in the garage for our guests to share and we give you space in the pantry. You also have a mini fridge in your room and soon a mini microwave. Guest access Laundry room, Kitchen, family room, living room, backyard patio and outdoor dining. During your stay We are available by phone, text or email. We work from home so we are usually around, unless we are traveling. We travel A LOT. When we travel, my 30 year old daughter comes to host at the house or I have a dog sitter. Other things to note This room is for 1 guest. If you rent long term you are welcome to have guests over now and then. Check out my other listings. This house is quiet, calm and peaceful.
