Townhouse in a development with gardens and a pool. On weekends, you could check in, by prior arrangement, on Friday at 4:00 pm and leave on Sunday at 8:00 pm. Relax in the middle of nature. The space The property is licensed for 8 people by the Community of Madrid (Decree 79/2014). According to Madrid's tourist regulations, it is not allowed to exceed the maximum authorized accommodation capacity at any time, even with occasional visits. Also, our house rules state that only people included in the reservation can access the home. Failure to comply with this condition means the immediate termination of the stay, without the right to a refund, and may result in administrative penalties by the tourist authority. For hygiene reasons there will be NO food in the house: salt, oil, coffee, etc. All beds and pillows are viscoelastic. The kitchen has everything (oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher). The two bathrooms have shower and toilet. The terrace has a barbecue. Guest access The barbecue can be used whenever you want as it is inside our terrace. Guests who wish to use it must purchase charcoal. The development's common areas include gardens, a playground, and a community pool. This year, the pool will open from July 1 to September 1. If you have any questions, please let me know.
