2 bedroom/2 full bath condo is located at the Bridges Resort, 1/2 mile from Sugarbush resort. The condo is a light-filled end unit overlooking Rice Brook and the Sugarbush ski trails. This cozy and inviting condo is a perfect place to take your next vacation to enjoy everything the Mad River Valley has to offer. The unit has a gas fireplace to keep it cozy in the winter, and AC to keep you cool in the summertime. The space This lovely mountain resort condo is the perfect place for a vacation no matter what time of year you visit. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, pots and pans, dishes and everything you need to cook gourmet meals. The living room has a remotely activated gas fireplace, a flatscreen smart TV (No cable , but includes smart options (Netflix, Peacock TV, and Samsung TV. High speed Wifi is included. Both bedrooms have high quality mattresses, extra pillows and blankets, and ample closet space for your belongings. The master bedroom has a mounted flatscreen TV, and the bunk room has a smaller TV. Both include access to Netflix, and Peacock TV via an Amazon Firestick. The unit has a washer and dryer available to guests. The Rinnai gas heater keeps the unit toasty warm on the coldest winter nights, and the gas fireplace adds both heat and ambiance. The unit has a split AC/heat pump to keep things cool during the warmer summer days. Sliding glass doors lead out to the deck where you can relax on the deck furniture and enjoy the sound of Rice Brook with your morning coffee. There are 3 pools and 2 hot tubs on the premises (the heated indoor and outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs are located at the recreation center, and a smaller pool for younger children on the upper level). The recreation center includes a gym with locker rooms, sauna, and showers. Note: the outdoor pools are seasonal, but the indoor heated pool and the hot tubs are available year round. The complex has 3 outdoor tennis courts, two indoor tennis courts available to guests. Tennis courts are free with advanced reservations and tennis lessons and clinics are available (additional fees apply). Enjoy the outdoor grilling areas scattered around the premises, or gather around one of the fire pits during the evening. The complex also has a small outdoor basketball area, volleyball net, and a playground for the younger kids to enjoy. Sugarbush resort is 1/2 mile up the access road and free shuttle buses to the mountain are available from the parking lot during the winter season. Mad River Glen ski area is a 6 mile drive away. Guest access Parking is available in the parking lot outside the units. Spaces are not assigned so park in any available spot. The recreational center can be reached via a lovely short walk through the woods, or by car. Please note the walk through the woods is a series of wooden steps. Other things to note Recreation center hours are Monday - Saturday 9am-7pm, and 9am-6pm on Sunday. Sign in is required at the front desk before using facilities Tennis courts courts require reservations (reservations can be made on the day of use, but not in advance) by contacting the front desk. Please note that the unit is located on the lower level and involves walking down a short flight of stairs. EV charging stations are now available and located at the recreational center. A fee will be charged for use. BOTH HOT TUBS WILL BE TEMPORARIY CLOSED ON SEPT 2ND FOR REPLACEMENT AND IMPROVEMENTS. REOPENING TBD
