The house is located in the center of the village. Its price is low because it is the first time i put it up for rent and i want to give as many people as i can the opportunity to come in contact with this wonderful heaven on earth. Description of the house The house is on the first floor. It has 3 rooms and 1 bath. You may need to climb a few steps but the view from the balcony and the kitchen will definitely reward you. The kitchen i fully equipped with all the devices you need to be independent. There is also a TV and 1 sofa bed for 1 more person. There are 2 more bedrooms with 2 double beds and a spacious bathroom. Hygiene is a priority for me. Clean sheets and towels as well are provided. Even towels for the beach. Then, late in the afternoon you can return to the village in order to taste local delicacies and if you are lucky you will also enjoy traditional festivities in the village square. This place combines both privacy and social life. If you have children they will adore this place. I grew up there and i guarantee you that especially in holidays and in the middle of the summer the village is full of children of all ages. It is also recommended for friends looking for calm and alternative exploration breaks. Location Ardaktos is located at an altitude of 680 meters and it is only 10 kilometers from the wonderful Libyan Sea. In close distance there are not only organized but also isolated beaches. Rethymnon with the super nightlife is just 25 minutes away while Chania with the nearest airport and harbour 70 minutes away. At 7 kilometers there is a village, called spili, with all the necessities you may need, an ATM and a hospital.
