A bright, recently renovated townhouse with stunning sun mode. The townhouse is divided into 2.5 floors. Lower level consists of guest rooms, guest bathrooms, laundry and large kitchen, and associated deck and lawn. Amazing sun mode day, afternoon and evening. 2 min from bus station that goes to Bro Station where commuter trains go to Stockholm Central. Very close to nature where there is a lot of hiking trails as well as outdoor area called Lejondal. Warm welcome! Regards, Jesper and the dog Nino. The space Newly renovated, bright and modern. Good secluded room with bathroom directly adjacent to the room. Easy to get in and out without disturbing each other! Guest access Private room with bed, sofa and window. Bathroom with toilet that is only used by the guest in direct connection to the room. Large kitchen which is used in agreement with the hosts. Large altar deck with associated lawn, sun loungers and dining table including lounge group. Access to the upper floor or the closed doors is not permitted. During your stay We are available for questions via SMS, phone and Mail. No contact with guests, but we live in the apartment on the upper floor. Only the lower level can be used by guests. Other things to note At laundry there is a charge of SEK 150/laundry, request to the hosts is made on site. Locking the front door and patio door should always take place regardless of the day or night. In the event of loss of the door key, a cost of SEK 5,000 will be incurred which will affect the guest who claimed the damage.
