A bright, recently renovated townhouse with a fantastic sunny location. The townhouse is divided into 2.5 floors. The lower floor consists of a guest room, guest bathroom, laundry room and large kitchen as well as an associated terrace and lawn. Fantastic sunny location day, afternoon and evening. 2 minutes from the bus station that goes to Bro Station where commuter trains go to Stockholm Central. Good secluded room with bathroom directly adjacent to the room. Easy to get in and out without disturbing each other! Guest access Private room with bed, sofa and window. Bathroom with toilet that is only used by the guest directly adjacent to the room. Large kitchen used in agreement with the hosts. Large patio deck with associated lawn, sun chairs and dining table including lounge group. Access to the upper floor or the closed doors is not allowed. During your stay We are available for questions via text message, phone and email. No socializing with guests, however, we live in the residence on the upper floor. Only the lower floor is available for guests to use. Other things to note For laundry, there is a cost of SEK 150/laundry, the request to the hosts is made on site. Locking the front door and patio door must always be done regardless of day or night. In the event of loss of a door key, a cost of SEK 5,000 will be incurred by the guest who caused the damage.
