Independent bedroom/flat, own en-suite and galley kitchen, (allowing self-catering), in fabulous country house. Sit on the terrace and enjoy amazing views across open countryside to the South Downs. Own car is recommended, by car 25 minutes from Gatwick , 30 to Brighton, 10 to Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. 5 mins to Princess Royal Hospital/Hospice. Country walks to local pubs. No children or babies please Morrisons 5 minutes walk for groceries. Now have High Speed Internet Broadband The space An independent room/studio, sliding doors out to the garden and terrace, amazing views to the South Downs; with en suite shower room and separate WC. Well equipped galley kitchen with fridge, microwave, small hob and oven and washing machine. Bright, clean and modern. TV with free-view, use of home WIFI. Guests will be provided with towels, bedding, hair drier, as well as essentials such as loo roll, kitchen roll washing up liquid etc. There is also an iron & ironing board. A mid week towel change can be arranged on request. Guest access Guests will have own space and entrance to their flat. They have their own terrace seating and can enjoy eating outside in the summer, (borrow the BBQ). They can wander around the big garden. Please note my very friendly black Labrador will be in the garden at times. Please let me know if this is an issue for you. Other things to note You can park in the drive way, parallel to the wall of the drive on the right. Please let us know in advance if you have a guest as I like to know who is around. EXTERNAL LIGHTING FOR PATH If you are going out and coming back after dark, please switch on the path lights before you go so you will not have problems finding your way. The lights can be switched on/off in two places. 1) By the flat entrance on the wall outside the door. 2) From the car port on the right, by my dustbins. Please switch the lights off when you go to bed as the light can keep us awake in the main house. Thank you.
