Clematis Cottage is one of 3 recently renovated holiday cottages which sleeps 2 people, near the market town on Helmsley, city of York and the North Yorkshire Moors. Tennis court, wi-fi and dogs welcome! The space A spacious cottage within a complex of 3 cottages with one double bedroom and an open plan kitchen/diner/living room. Underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Dogs are welcome, though not allowed upstairs, with prior approval please. We ask you not to leave your dogs unattended in the cottage please. Guest access There is a 24 hour laundry area with a washer and a dryer. Tennis court which is free of charge. BBQ shared between cottages. Large shared garden. Free wi-fi, ipod dock, DVD and freesat TV.
