We welcome you to our apartment. It is located in a quiet backyard, on the first floor overlooking the countryside. Located directly on the edge of the famous Mühltal, it offers relaxation and tranquility. Enjoy the view or use the time for a walk in the woods. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to take a smoking break in the courtyard. Parking is available either on the premises itself or in the private parking lot 50 meters away. The space What to expect: - 35 sqm of living space - Large living room with open, integrated kitchen, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed) and TV - Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, cutlery, bowls, pans and pots - Bathroom with shower and toilet (integrated child seat) - Bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), optional baby bed possible, wardrobe and chest of drawers with luggage rack - WiFi included Guest access The apartment consists of two separate apartments. A closed hallway connects both apartments, so that if there are several people, you can use the apartment as a large, common unit. Please book our second apartment Blütenzauber. Other things to note For your little ones, we offer: a highchair, a portable crib, integrated child toilet seat, children's cutlery coloring books and pens
