There's room to bring the whole family along to this relaxing home. Guests will have access to the community playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts within the subdivision. Not to mention, the two kayaks with life vests and paddles, four adult bikes with helmets, and a red beach wagon provided will allow everyone to have their own kind of adventure in the sunshine. When it is time to settle in for the night, the smart TV will be perfect for streaming favorite movies and shows before hitting the hay on the Sleep Number mattresses! Things to Know Firewood is not provided. 10 yard chairs are available for guest use in the backyard or around the firepit. The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space. Two kayaks, one beach wagon, and four adult bikes are provided for guest use. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Security cameras are installed on the front porch covering the yard and driveway, as well as a doorbell camera, and a camera in the back of the home. They do not record sound and will not record when guests are at the home. However, the owner will receive notifications from ADT if the doors are left open for more than 10 minutes or if a window is shattered. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
