The Barn: 2 bedroom cottage, Leamington Spa

This lovely two bedroom cottage is situated in a peaceful setting on our family farm. Ideal for either families or couples looking for an escape to the countryside or for professionals seeking an alternative to a hotel. Enjoy the wonderful farm garden including the use of our tennis court. A five minute drive away is Leamington Spa; bursting with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants which you can enjoy during your stay. The space The cottage is situated in the beautiful farm grounds which guests can enjoy along with the tennis court. The Barn is ‘country chic’ styled and is truly a home from home with all the amenities you need for your stay. There is a private parking space outside the property and plenty of space for more than one car. The cottage has two bedrooms and is great for one to four people. A double room and a twin room which has two 2.6ft beds which can be changed to a king size bed with a zip and link system if required, please ask on booking. Please note the shower is not a high pressure system. Bed linen is included and towels can be included at small charge. Please just let us know in advance to your stay if you require towels. The kitchen is fully integrated and has everything you need for a whole range of cooking or baking options. A high chair and travel cot is available for hire but please book in advance. Dogs are welcome £30 per dog. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole cottage which is set over two floors, and tennis court (pre booking required) and farm gardens. Other things to note You will be staying on a working farm and other residents include horses and a few chickens. We also have three other cottages located on the farm, meaning the tennis court and gardens may be shared with others. You're also likely to see tractors from time to time and maybe the combine harvester if you stay in the later summer months too!
