The space Timberley House is designed for groups to spend time together comfortably, with accommodation for up to 24 guests across 12 bedrooms split between the main house and an adjoining annex. The house includes a large dining room seating up to 24 guests, making shared meals and celebrations easy to organise. The fully equipped kitchen supports self catering or private catering. Guests can enjoy multiple living spaces, including a lounge with log burner, creating a balance of social and quieter spaces. Leisure facilities include a games room with full size snooker table, table football, along with a unique outdoor cinema room. Outside, the property offers a heated swimming pool (available from 1 April to 1 October), year round hot tub, private tennis court and extensive gardens with views across the South Downs. Well behaved dogs are welcome, making it easy to enjoy your stay with the whole family. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house, annex, gardens, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court and all facilities. Other things to note Please be aware that Timberley House is a working estate in the countryside. Although peaceful and quiet, we have some tractors, farm animals and farm areas that guests will need to be aware of. The walking route on the Estate may be closed at any time for safety reasons.
