Well presented cottage style bungalow... 15 minute walk to Ballina Town. Carbon monoxide alarm fitted. It is a peaceful place and u can sit outside in the garden in Summer and I also have ample parking. The space It's quiet and restful. Lots of space to sit in the garden and lots of parking space at rear of property. Close enough to walk to town Guest access U can sit in the garden in summer.. It is peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise and across the road is a Golf Club where u can walk or just enjoy a nice meal at the weekend overlooking the Club. During your stay I give space to my guests but if they have a question I am available and I share my mobile number with them always in case required. Other things to note Kitchen is not available for guests to cook from scratch..However Microwave can be used.
