Sunny, spacious and modern apartment, in a quiet and safe neighborhood of central Maputo. All rooms are air-conditioned, cable TV, Wi-Fi, private underground parking (1 car). Perfect for both work and leisure stays, with 2 rooms, it is only one block away from main embassies, major banks, UN missions, etc. Great restaurants and coffee-shops only 3 min walk! Owner lives in the building but will allow guests their maximum privacy. Welcome to the sunniest and friendliest building in Maputo! This was home for my family for more than 7 years. Now we have moved by we still want you to feel as part of the family and for that we will try to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Bed sheets and towels will be changed every 7 days (unless stated otherwise). During your stay, at any given time, the house can be cleaned at your request and laundry washed and ironed (at an agreed price). You also have a laundry machine, should you wish to wash your own clothes. The building always has a permanent janitor and safe underground parking for one car per apartment. You are safe to walk in this area of Maputo during the day. After 8 pm, normal precautions have to be taken. Supermarket, bakery, bottle store, banks and very charming restaurants all at walking distance! You can use the garden with a lot of space for children to play! I am fully available for any questions and hints about the city that you may require. I like our guests to feel at home, allowing them as much privacy as they require, but being available to socialize as much as they want as well! :) The best residential neighborhood of Maputo, quickly transforming itself to give space to up-beat restaurants, coffee shops, design shops. Still, it is the safest area in Maputo because you will be close to most embassies! I personally love to walk to the nearby shops and restaurants, as the streets are shaded by the acacia trees and colored by the pink bougainvillea's from the houses' gardens. You can discover Maputo by walking, taxi or “txopela” ( the local tuk-tuk).
