Beautiful Annex in Southdowns National Park

The property is a recently built self-contained annex above the garage nestled into the South Downs. It offers a spacious open plan living area suitable for 2 guests. A small living area with sofa, chair and Digital TV (includes Amazon Prime), chest of drawers, hanging space, full length mirror etc. Fast Wi-Fi. 
Kitchenette with dining table to eat/work on, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee & sugar. The bathroom has a shower, basin & toilet, with a large mirror. The space Guest access
 You can access the front garden and adjoining field with the most stunning views through the Dyke and also along the Downs to Chanctonbury Ring. There is a picnic bench for your own private use in the field. Our home is located next to two walking paths – one up the Dyke along the South Downs Way and the other along the Dyke valley. Off road parking is available. Other things to note Open plan living area is up a staircase and bathroom is downstairs. An additional single floor mattress / bedding is available on request (there maybe a small supplement charge for an extra guest). A mini electric oven with 2 hobs is also available on request.
