Our cozy & detached vacation home in a prime location to the Grevelingen Sea, the harbor and the extensive, fine sandy beaches of the North Sea invites you to relax. Entrance to the indoor swimming pool in the park is free for our guests. (not open at all times). Ground floor: Living and dining area (about 40 sqm) with a new, modern kitchen. The completely new kitchen is equipped with: induction hob (new), dishwasher, (new: fridge-freezer, mini oven, kettle, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, microwave) and all the dishes. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room. There is, among other things, a washing machine (new), ironing board, iron, drying rack. Living room with comfortable leather couch, large LCD 42-inch flat-screen TV with satellite system and all German and Dutch programs, radio with CD player are also available. Separate toilet with hand basin (completely new in 2024) Bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. The house is largely used by us, it is equipped accordingly. Upper floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, (mattresses new in 2022) 1 bedroom with double bed and LED flat-screen TV (satellite TV) 1 single bedroom (completely new June 2024) Children's travel cot 1 toilet with hand basin (new 2024) Garden: There are 2 terraces, the large terrace is equipped with new furniture and completely covered. From here you have a beautiful view of the pond. Chairs and loungers are also available for sun worshipers. You can spend cozy barbecue evenings at the barbecue fireplace. Guest access Entire house is available for rent. Other things to note Other important information: Gas, water and electricity are billed depending on consumption (billing is made with the deposit). Security deposit 300 euros. Tourist tax 2.50 euros/day pp. Please transfer the deposit and the visitor's tax to me before arrival. The security deposit will be returned to you within 7 days minus the ancillary costs incurred.
