Our cozy & detached holiday home in a prime location to the Grevelingen Sea, the harbor and the extensive, fine sandy beaches of the North Sea invites you to relax. Admission to the indoor swimming pool in the park is free for our guests. (not open at all times). Ground floor: Living and dining area ( about 40 sqm) with new, modern kitchen. The complete new kitchen is equipped with: induction hob (new), dishwasher, (new: fridge-freezer, mini oven, kettle, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, microwave) adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room. There is, among other things, washing machine (new), ironing board, iron, drying rack. Living room with comfortable leather couch, gr. LCD 42 inch flat screen TV with satellite system and all German and Dutch programs, radio with CD player are also available. Separate toilet with hand basin (completely new 2024) Bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. The house is mostly used by us ourselves, it is equipped accordingly. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom, (mattresses new 2022) 1 bedroom with double bed and led flat screen TV (satellite TV) 1 single bedroom (completely new June 2024) Children's travel cot 1 toilet with hand basin (new 2024) Garden: There are 2 terraces, the large terrace is equipped with new furniture and fully covered. From here you have a beautiful view of the pond. Chairs and loungers are also available for sun worshippers. You can spend cozy barbecue evenings at the barbecue fireplace. Guest access Entire house is for rent. Other things to note Other things to take into account: Gas, water and electricity are charged according to consumption (charged with the deposit). Safety deposit 300 euros. Tourist tax 2.50 euro/day pp. Please transfer the deposit and the tourist tax to me before arrival. The deposit will be returned to you within 7 days minus the additional costs used.
