Peaceful Country Views in Cooperstown

Come and enjoy a quaint getaway in this newly updated historic cottage. Nestled on 6 acres in the heart of Cooperstown, Woodland Pines Cottage is just a short scenic drive outside of town and all the wonderful amenities Cooperstown has to offer. 6 minute drive to the Village / 12 minutes to the Dreams Park. During the summer, we follow the Dreams Park calendar of 6 night rentals. Updated bathrooms and kitchen, fully furnished with basic essentials provided. Sorry, please no pets. The space The pet-free cottage is a quaint, relaxing space scattered with warm antiques, all on one floor. Two bedrooms, each with queen beds, flat screen smart TVs, AC, and separate baths. There is an additional roll away for a small child. Two outdoor areas to enjoy the beautiful views. Enjoy a peaceful walk on our country road or wander through the pines for some private time to relax. There is a large yard/meadow with a fire pit area, Adirondack chairs and BBQ grill. Propane tank and first set of wood provided. Lake access is at the Glimmerglass State Park. Apologies: Pls NO PETS. The cottage is NOT BABY PROOF. Dedicated workspace. Coffee/tea/sweeteners provided. Guest access Guests have use of the entire property. Other things to note High Speed Fiberoptic Wi-Fi is available throughout the house via the OE Connect network. Smart TVs are in each bedroom and the Livingroom. ATT service for cell phones also works very well. The house is located about 6 minutes to the Village of Cooperstown and a 12 minute drive (9 miles) to the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Visit the fabulous Otesaga Hotel for dinner. Brookwood Gardens, and the Farmer's and Fenimore Museums are on the way into town. Glimmerglass State Park is on the northern end of the lake for swimming, picnic, and hiking. We have picnic supplies and beach towels at the house for your use. PLEASE NOTE: Sorry NO PETS ALLOWED in rental. House is NOT BABY PROOF. Strict occupancy at 4 adults. Pls NO PARTIES. THANK YOU!!
