The space What would Heine be without Goethe? On the same level, we also rent our Goethe apartment. Both apartments are 48 square meters and can accommodate 4 people each. Guest access Our apartment Heine is equipped as follows: - Living room with sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00), reading corner, TV, radio, CD player - Kitchen with seating area, microwave, stove, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, pots, etc. - as shown in the photo, there is "only" one 2 hot plate stove, i.e. no oven. - Bedroom with 1 double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and 1 single bed (extra bed in the living room is still possible) - Bathroom with shower - Barbecue corner by the house and storage facilities in the basement - Free parking at the house - if all the spaces above the house are occupied please also use the one at the basement entrance below the house. Other things to note Over New Year's Eve we only rent from one week and Walpurgis different prices apply. Bed linen is included in the overnight price. Hand and dish towels are to be brought by yourself. We are happy to provide these for a fee of €4/person. Directly opposite our apartments there is a hotel where you could have breakfast. (Details are available in our property.) For children up to 2 years we charge a fee of €5/night. For all other children, we charge the same fee as for adults. The payment of the visitor's tax is due after booking by bank transfer before arrival. For children up to 6 years old, no fee is due, children from 6-18 years old pay €1.50 and adults €3.00/night. What is also important: From 01/01/2022, we as the landlord are obliged to send the visitor's tax receipts to the guest in advance. For that purpose, we need the full address of the guest and the date of birth of the fellow travelers. (We understand if our guests prefer to keep the date to themselves - in which case we will gladly state a fictitious age.) With the payment of the visitor's tax, free bus travel is already included upon arrival.
