Bright, Sunny Apt North of Boston

Updated bright apartment north of Boston on the Lawrence/Andover line w/ friendly host. ¼ mile from 495 exit. Private bedroom w/ deck and AC. Shared spaces are kitchen, bathroom, living room and family room w/ 65 inch color TV. Sliders between family room and living room if private work space needed. Big fenced in yard with grill to cook out. 2nd Level apartment. Modern look and very nice décor. Towels, dishes, washer dryer, ac and heat. Must be a dog lover. Dog on premises. The space Entire unit is shared except Master Bedroom. There is a deck off the guest bedroom overlooking yard. Guest access Guests will have access to all living areas except my bedroom. Obviously that is off limits. One TV in family room, but I dont watch much TV so not picky. I do live here so I will be around. The available guest room comes with heat, a/c and TV with remote. Google Chromecast is available on request. During your stay I am available. Normally keep to myself. Dog and I spend much of our nights relaxing in my bedroom. Very quiet. Don’t watch much TV, so guests usually get the 65 inch TV to themselves.
