Waterfront Studio

Waterfront studio The studio is on the edge of the Upper Mississippi Wildlife Refuge. Surrounded on one side by beautiful Lake Onalaska with prairie walking trails on the other. You will not find a closer view of Lake Onalaska. There are two public boat landings less than a mile away. Stay and experience all that "God's Country" has to offer. *No cleaning fees* The space The studio is one room with queen-sized bed. There is a folding twin bed available to sleep one extra person. Guest access Charcoal grill available Canoe and kayak shared with other guests. DVD player Other things to note Lakefront shared with other guests on property. Please note that in recent years this lake has developed significant vegetation, primarily wild rice, especially by mid-to-late summer. See photos. There is public foot access trail from USFWS trails to lakefront for lake viewing or kayak/canoe launch. Duck hunters can access prime Mississippi fly way hunting areas very close by.
