The space is well outfitted for long stays and includes a free private parking lot and direct access to the LYNX light rail Blue Line at New Bern Station. The space Amenities include; High-Speed Internet/ Wifi, Smart TVs, with Netflix, Blu-ray, Wii, and all OTA Broadcast Channels (no cable), washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hamper, ceiling and desk fan, office supplies, luggage stand, full-length mirror, extra linens, desk, dressers, and kitchen essentials. Coffee supplies include Keurig, French press, pour-over, and tea kettle. This is a pet and smoke-free home. Guest access Along with a private bed and bathroom, guests are welcome to enjoy all of the common living space including the kitchen, pantry, dining area, living room, patio, down stairs half bath, and laundry. Guests do not have access to the garage or master suite. During your stay I generally work 9 to 5. Travel a little bit for work and fun and keep busy with cycling, marathon training, volunteering, and various hobbies. I am very responsive via text and phone when not home.
