Downstairs in villa

Hi! We rent out our ground floor consisting of a bedroom with a double bed as well as a living room with a sofa bed. Private newly-renovated toilet and shower are located in the laundry room. The nearest stop is at Nol station (12 minutes) Parking in the driveway. We share the entrance/hall and laundry room. Longer rental periods are possible but since we want to keep the upper floor for ourselves, no kitchen will be available for you. There is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and the possibility of coffee/tea. The space A cozy area if you don't want to stay in central Gothenburg but still have the opportunity to get in in a short time. Guest access You have your own bedroom, living room and toilet. Your shower is in the laundry room on the same floor. We spend the majority of our time on the upper floor, however, we use the same entrance and hall as you and we also use the laundry room (the place that has the shower you will use). There are curtains in your living room if you don't want the open space facing the hall, and want it to be more private. Please note that no kitchen is available! However, there is a small fridge and microwave with the possibility to make coffee/tea and simpler equipment for eating. You will have your own bedroom, living room and toilet. Your shower is located in the laundry room on the same floor. We spend the majority of our time upstairs, though we will be using the same entrance and hallway as you. Also the laundry room (where you will be taking your showers) but we will make sure it is available. There are curtains in your living room if you would like to close the open area to the hallway if you would like to stay more private. Please note that there is no kitchen! There is a small fridge and microwave and possibilities for making coffee/tea and basic equipment to eat. During your stay If neither of us is home, we will be available by phone. Either call or text! Other things to note Suitable as accommodation for travelers who may not plan to stay longer periods as no kitchen is available, however fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine! Welcome!
