Master Bedroom (sleeps 2), king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) king size bed or use of two bunk beds above [each 1m x 3m], shared en-suite shower room with shower, WC and basin. Please advise of your preferred bed configuration at point of booking. Outside Views of surrounding Dungeness landscape Chairs from inside can be placed on the terrace (fair weather only) No BBQ is provided, but please feel free to bring your own Services Wi-Fi Underfloor heating Other things to note Towels and linen are provided. We can provide you with a variety of recommended eateries, please get in touch for further details. A fold-up cot and a highchair that clamps to the table can be provided - Please ensure this is requested with a member of the booking team at the time of booking. 2 dogs are welcome. Please notify us that you are bringing pets and please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged. Please note the property sleeps a maximum of 6 adults. Underfloor heating. Two car parking spaces provided - please refer to the map for guidance. It is essential that you follow the guidelines. Please note: If you wish to hold a photo shoot or a TV/Film production at this property an additional fee will apply. The necessary licences must also be obtained from The Dungeness Estate Anyone who is found to hold such an event without permission or the relevant licences will be charged retrospectively.
