Fotinari Villa I is a part of the Fotinari Villas complex that is situated along the southern coast of Crete in Plakias. It is within walking distance of the beach with dazzling frontal sea views. It is ideally situated, being very near the most amazing beaches in Rethymno, as well as the amenities, restaurants, and bars around the Plakias area. The space Right below the Villa there are two adjacent small beaches, both within walking distance, which are not organized, but we will provide umbrellas and portable sun beds to our guests, for when you want to walk there. Fotinari Villa is also the ideal base to explore the natural south coast of Crete as it is close to numerous other spectacular beaches as well as close to amenities. Fotinari Villa I is a 160 sq. m. residence situated in the southern coastal area of Plakias in the prefecture of Rethymno. The Villa boasts stunning ocean views of the Libyan sea and offers its guests a sense of harmony and tranquility and can accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. Layout 1st Floor Entering the villa, guests find themselves in a cosy living room, with a 45’’ HDTV, PS4, and a Bluetooth speaker. Large glass doors offer direct access to a spacious veranda, overlooking the sea and pool, equipped with a 3 seater hot tub and outdoor furniture. The first bedroom offers 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be set up as a King-sized bed upon request (1,80 x 2,00), direct access to the veranda. Also, on the same floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower, making this area a small private apartment within the house, offering privacy for your group. Finally, a laundry room with a washer and a dryer exists on this level. Ground Floor Stairs lead from the living room to the ground floor, where you can find an open plan area with a second sophisticatedly furnished living room and dining area. Also, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for up to 6 people can be found next to the seating area. The room also offers direct outdoor access, leading to another veranda and the pool terrace, enjoying magnificent sea vistas. Additionally, the remaining two bedrooms of the Villa are located on the ground floor, both of them featuring two single beds each (0.90 x 2.00), which can be joined together to form a King-size bed upon request. Both offer direct access to the pool terrace. One of them has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower. A family bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor. The ground floor has its own entrance from the kitchen, which separates it from the first-floor guests if desired. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have 32’’ HDTVs. Outdoor area However, what makes Fotinari Villa I really special is its outdoor space, which is designed to make the most out of the beautiful landscape and amazing sea views. More specifically, the outdoor area includes: -Α private infinity swimming pool, which can also be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. -Umbrellas, sun beds and bean bag loungers by the pool -Gas BBQ facilities, equipped with an outdoor sink and a fridge for your comfort -Outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola -Parking space for up to 3 cars -The Villa and outdoor area are fenced, offering safety to our guests **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas indoor and outdoor! The two Villas only share a parking area.
