Newer detached house (20 years) in the countryside with its own jetty in Nidelva, with jumping tower and slide. You rent the whole house, as well as garage with attic + bedroom (50m2). The house is located in the countryside, but only 10 min to Grimstad and 15 min to Arendal. Lots of sun, large terrace and large garden. A playroom and trampoline can also be used. Canoe / small boat w/engine can also be borrowed. The space 100 m down to Nidelva with own private road and jetty. Here is the evening sun until 9 pm. Parking for several cars outdoors, as well as a garage space. Quiet village and small neighbors Other things to note At checkout, bed linens should be placed in a laundry room, together with towels. Trash must be emptied and dishwasher to be turned on. Vacuum the house.
