Cozy garden house with wood stove, sauna and hot tub

Extra charge at 4p is €30 per night* Are you looking for a cozy place, in the middle of an exuberant vegetable garden full of flowers? Be welcome. The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others. The space LIVING ROOM It is a beautiful cozy space with wood stove, dining area, sitting area and kitchen. There is both a wood-burning stove and a gas heater in the living area. You can play music through the CD player, the boxes are high quality. KITCHEN The kitchen offers all the things you need to put a nice meal on the table (except the ingredients!). There is a gas stove and an oven, fridge, espresso machine and milk frother. Coffee, tea, herbs and items for washing up are ready. 2nd BEDROOM Through a door you enter the cozy bedroom with double bed and two large single duvets and good mattresses. There is no closet in the bedroom, but there are brackets to hang your clothes. There is no separate heating in the bedroom. Through the bedroom you finally enter the simple bathroom with shower and sink. Towels are provided. 2nd BEDROOM - 4p The second bedroom concerns a loft that can be accessed via a ladder. The place is not suitable for very young children, because you have to climb a steep ladder. Also, the door of the 1st sleeping lot cannot be closed when the stairs are there. The room is at the highest point about 1.30 meters. That means you can sit upright on the first mattress but not the second one. Here are also children's books and toys. -> The additional cost for a booking of 4 people is €30 per night, to be paid on site. GOOD TO KNOW - 4p When you book the cottage for more than 2 people, you have little privacy. The loft is above the 1st bedroom, and the spaces can't be easily closed off. In the summer it can be very hot on the loft. THE GARDEN If you like exuberant and wild gardens, this is the place for you. There is a large vegetable garden, a walnut tree, more than 20 apple and pear trees, a greenhouse with tomatoes (in summer...), a large spice bowl in front of the door from which you can pick and paths that you can walk over. In the back of the garden you can sit comfortably with a view over the meadows and you can watch the sun go down in the evening. And if you are lucky, you will see a deer. SAUNA and HOT TUB On the edge of the property is a small and cozy wood-fired sauna, with deck, sun loungers and outdoor shower. For 30 euros (each time) you can use this, towels and infusion are included. The wood-fired hot tub costs 65 euros at a time. GARDEN HOUSE LOCATION The garden house is relatively close to our house, but from the bedroom window and most of the living room windows you have unobstructed views over the garden. Guest access The garden house is completely available to guests and also has its own entrance. You will occasionally see us walking past into the garden to prune, harvest, sow or weed. The garden has several places to sit down or lie down (hammock), and is fully accessible. Other things to note PONDS There is a pond in the garden. MANTELZORGWONING We have another resident in the garden (all that is possible if you have such a large garden). He lives at the edge of the garden in a care home. Since he is tied to home, you won't see him much (and his house also has its own entrance that does not run past the Airbnb house). The informal care home is reasonably hidden, but we like to call it for completeness.
