Cozy garden house with wood stove, sauna and hot tub

Additional price for 4p is €30 per night* Are you looking for a cozy place, in the middle of an exuberant vegetable garden full of flowers? Be welcome. The garden house is in the middle of our 2000 m2 garden. At the edge of the garden, you will find the sauna and hot tub overlooking the meadows. We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others. The space LIVING ROOM It is a nice cozy space with wood stove, dining area, sitting area and kitchen. There is both a wood stove and a gas stove in the living room. You can play music through the CD player, the speakers are of high quality. KITCHEN The kitchen offers all the things you need to put a nice meal on the table (except the ingredients!). There is a gas stove and an oven, fridge, espresso machine and milk frother. Coffee, tea, spices and things to wash dishes are provided. 1st BEDROOM Through a door, you enter the cozy bedroom with a double bed and two large single duvets and good mattresses. There is no closet in the bedroom, but there are hooks to hang your clothes. There is no separate heating in the bedroom. Through the bedroom, you finally enter the simple bathroom with shower and sink. Towels are provided. 2nd BEDROOM - 4p The second bedroom is a loft that is accessible via a ladder. The place is not suitable for very young children, because you have to climb a steep ladder. Also, the door of the 1st bedroom cannot close when the stairs are there. The room is about 1.30 meters at the highest point. That means you can sit upright on the first mattress but not on the second. There are also children's books and toys here. -> The additional price for a booking of 4 people is €30 per night, to be paid on the spot. GOOD TO KNOW - 4p When you book the cottage for more than 2 people, you have little privacy. The loft is above the 1st bedroom, and the spaces cannot be easily closed off. In the summer, it can be very warm in the loft. THE GARDEN If you like exuberant and wild gardens, then you're in the right place. There is a large vegetable garden, a walnut tree, more than 20 apple and pear trees, a greenhouse with tomatoes (in the summer...), a large herb box in front of the door from which you can pick and paths on which you can walk. At the back of the garden, you can sit comfortably overlooking the meadows and watch the sun go down in the evening. And if you're lucky, you'll see a deer. SAUNA and HOT TUB At the edge of the property is a small and cozy wood-fired sauna, with deck, sun loungers and outdoor shower. For 30 euros (each time), you can use it, towels and infusion are included. The wood-fired hot tub costs 65 euros per time. LOCATION OF THE GARDEN HOUSE The garden house is relatively close to our house, but from the bedroom window and most of the living room windows, you have unobstructed views over the garden. Guest access The garden house is fully available to guests and also has its own entrance. You will occasionally see us walking past the garden to prune, harvest, sow or weed. The garden has several places to sit or lie down (hammock), and is fully accessible. Other things to note PONDS In the garden there is a pond. CAREGIVER'S HOME We have another resident in the garden (that's all possible if you have such a large garden). He lives on the edge of the garden in a care home. Since he is confined to his home, you will not see him much (and his house also has its own entrance that does not pass by the Airbnb house). The informal care home is fairly hidden, but we like to mention it for completeness.
