THE LOCATION The villa is tucked away at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Dunas Douradas, between the luxury resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the central Algarve. Backing directly onto pine woodland, the property enjoys exceptional privacy and beautiful natural surroundings — a rare privilege within the resort. A pleasant 5–10 minute walk takes you to nearby Garrão Beach, its beachfront restaurants, and the ocean. Use of air conditioning carries an additional charge of 150 Euros per week during June, July, August, and September. * Pool heating and pool safety fence are optional extras charged at 190 Euros and 90 Euros per week respectively. * Pool heating requires a minimum of one week’s notice; safety fence installation requires three weeks’ notice. * A refundable damage deposit of 400 Euros is payable in cash on arrival and refunded after departure and final inspection. * For online bookings our minimum guest rating requirement is 4.8. Facilities such as golf, tennis, and gym access are not included in the rental price. Access to the Dunas Douradas communal pool is included in your rental.
